Fully Equipped Residences
Rentals include full kitchens with coffee makers, cookware, and utensils, as well as linens, bath towels, and washers/dryers. 

• One set of towels per guest.

• Beach towels are not provided.

 
 
Initial Amenities (Starter Supply)
A starter supply of sundries is provided, including: dish soap, sponge, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
 

Valet Beach Chair & Umbrellas

• $55 per set/day

• Each set includes 2 chairs + 1 umbrella

• 48-hours’ notice required. Strongly recommend reserving at time of booking 

• Set-up daily from 10am-5pm, weather permitting

Beach Cart

• $80/day

• 6 towels + ice cooler w/ 6 bottles of Fiji water

• 48-hours’ notice required

• Set-up daily from 10am-5pm, weather permitting

 
Swimming Pool

• Pool open seasonally – March - September

• Pool fee ranges from $100-$200 per stay (fee varies based on size of property)

Golf Carts

• Recommended rental co - Beachin Rides Golf Cart Rentals 

• Golf carts require licensed drivers 

• Golf carts are not allowed on the beach

• 2553 E. Seaside, 2630 E. Seaside, and 2449 Seaside Ln offer golf carts with rentals

Porch Cafe
Porch Cafe is open Thursday evening through Sunday brunch. Reservations encouraged.
